I’ve been trained bodybuilders for over 12 years and a large portion of that has been as a professional fitness & bodybuilding coach. Friends and family and people of the city come to me to learn how to get ripped. And I love teaching them. After all, I love bodybuilding.
But all bodybuilding lessons are NOT created equal. There are some very lame ‘Get Ripped In 2 Weeks’ type of courses out there.
Obviously, I can’t teach the whole world how to get ripped, so what I did was the next best thing. I found the best bodybuilding lessons online, and put them in one place so that you could easily find them. Instead of wasting a lot of time and money on the losers, just look at the online bodybuilding lessons I recommend.
That being said, most beginner bodybuilders start out with a very important question. This is almost the first question I am asked when someone comes to me saying ‘I want to get ripped fast. What kind of exercises should I do?’
Now, I gotta be honest. They’re not really ready for the exercises that they will need to do. They probably have no idea that they need to perform deadlifts. And I don’t want them to hit the floor because I told them…especially if they never did it before.
So what I tell them is to try deadlifts with minimum weight and keep doing it until they are good at it. If they can do deadlifts right then they are ready get the bodies of their dreams.
Most of my students want to get that monster arms like pros from magz, but one big point is this: If you do only exercises for arms, you won’t be able to get big arms. You’ll have the lack of metabolism.
On the other hand, it is wrong to do only powerlifter’s exercises because in this case You will never have the body like pros have.
So bottom line, you have to do deadlifts and become very good at it, and ONLY then you should do exercises for hands and stomach. And even if You are not going to compete on bodybuilding shows You’ll have an athletic body most Your fellows only can dream about.
